Herring fillet (“Clupea harengus”) ** salted 65%, refined deodorized sunflower oil, salt, spice and herb mix (0.2% – in varying proportions: allspice berries, black peppercorns, coriander seeds, ground cinnamon, dried ginger root), functional preparation (flavor and taste enhancer: monosodium glutamate, salt, dextrose, preservatives: sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, acidity regulators: sodium citrate, glucono-delta-lactone, stabilizer: pyrophosphate, texturizer: triphosphate, acidity regulator: citric acid), acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sodium benzoate. May contain traces of gluten, mustard, celery, sesame. Country of origin of the herring: 1 – Iceland, 2 – Norway. The numeric code is indicated next to the batch number “L” in the format “day, month, year” on the bottom or top of the package.

Storage conditions: at temperatures between 0°C and 6°C. The product is ready to eat. Consume within 72 hours after opening if stored at 0°C–6°C.
