Taste: flavours of ripe apples and pears, citrus fruits such as lemon or grapefruit. Creamy and velvety texture.
Origin: this remarkable wine comes from southern Moldova, the Lower Prut Plain – a protected ecological area where the most harmonious grape varieties are grown.
Ideal serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
Food pairings: grilled seafood with garlic and lemon butter, chicken breast with mushroom and asparagus sauce, pumpkin and walnut risotto.
