Lightly salted herring pieces (Clupea harengus) 70% (herring pieces, salt, fish curing mixture (salt, glucose syrup, acidity regulators: acetic acid, glucono-delta-lactone; antioxidants: tartaric acid, citric acid; dextrose), preservatives: sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate), refined deodorized sunflower oil 29%, spices 1% (chili pepper, mustard seeds, coriander). May contain a negligible amount of fish bones. Allergens: FISH, MUSTARD. Origin of the main ingredient: FAO fishing area 27. Fishing method: trawling.
Terms and conditions of storage
Storage conditions: store at temperatures from –6 °C to +6 °C. After opening, consume within 48 hours when kept at 0 °C – +6 °C.
