Defrosting instructions:
The cake can be consumed either frozen or thawed.
To defrost, keep the cake in the refrigerator for four hours or at room temperature for two hours.
When frozen, the cake cuts especially well. Use a large, sharp knife and warm the blade with hot water before cutting.
