Store at a temperature between 0°C and +25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C and use within 24 hours.

Banga cod liver impresses with its delicate texture and clean flavor, obtained from pieces of cod liver (Gadus morhua) preserved in its own juice, with only salt – no preservatives or additives. Open the can and you have a ready-made appetizer: spread on toast with lemon and green onion, add to salads, pasta, or canapés. For a lighter touch, drain the liquid slightly and add a few drops of lemon juice.
