Berezka Ginger & Saffron Kombucha is a naturally fermented drink made from an infusion of green tea, ginger, and organic saffron, with live cultures (SCOBY) that give it a subtle effervescence and a pleasant sweet-sour taste. The formula is RAW (with active enzymes and probiotics) and has only 21 kcal/100 ml. Our signature Berezka recipe emphasizes clean ingredients and balance: refreshing, aromatic, alcohol-free.
