The famous salad, prepared according to a classic recipe from Russian cuisine, from lightly salted herring fillet, soft boiled potatoes, eggs, sweet beets and juicy carrots. All the layers of the salad are arranged beautifully on top of each other and are smeared with milk mayonnaise. For example, since the 70s of the last century, this salad has been irrevocably present on the Soviet festive table.
