"Saperavi Kvevri" red dry wine is made from selected Saperavi grapes, which are grown in the Duruji Valley in Kakheti. The wine has a strong, rich, harmonious taste with hints of ripe wild berries, dried fruits and confectionery spices. As for the flavor, it has a light tartness and fresh acidity. Long aftertaste with notes of cherry stone and oak. The wine's aroma captures hints of black currant, cherry, dark plum, forest berries as well as vanilla, clove and noble wood. "Saperavi Kvevri" wine is made according to the traditional Kakhetian recipe in buried Kvevri jugs through natural yeast fermentation. Sometimes at the bottom of the bottle you can find a noble sediment, which indicates the naturalness and quality of the drink. "Saperavi Kvevri" red dry wine is served with meat dishes, cheeses, pasta with meat sauces.
